Parents & Educators: Teaching healthy behaviors at a young age is important since change becomes more difficult with age. As Parents and Educators, you play an important role for growing children by setting a good example for healthy habits. Simply involving children in physical activities and surrounding them with healthy snacks and meals you provide the basics in preventing obesity and weight related diseases as children develop. Working with kids age K-12 as a Physical Education Teacher, I’ve confirmed that kids LOVE movement. Movement choreographed to a song makes activities easy to learn and FUN to do! , My interactive songs were created with EXCITEMENT in mind. Each song is introduced with a “PHYSICAL CHALLENGE” where I explain the activity, then invite the kids to join in the fun! They’re both educational and entertaining for children, building confidence and self esteem. I invite you to try these programs with YOUR kids.
